Welcome! I am so glad you are here.

Hi, I'm Taylor Powell, a Psychotherapist practicing in Lion’s Head and offering virtual sessions across Ontario. I provide psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults.

I am a registered psychotherapist with CRPO and authorized for independent practice. I am also a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider and a registered provider with NIHB.

My business operates out of Blackbear Clinic in Lion’s Head, which is directed by my supervisor, Rene Langen.

My experience comes from both my practicum at the Bluewater District School Board providing interventions to children and teens, and through private practice where I have extended my services to adults as well.

I have learned a great deal through my MA in Counselling Psychology, the clients that I have worked with over the years, and from my supervisor who is certified in Intergenerational Trauma Treatment, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (and supervisor), and Play Therapy.
